The Kibbutz will have Townhomes and apartments for sale.  There will be some apartments for rent, and some for hosting guests.  The main dining room is in the center, along with a yoga room, an arts and crafts room complete with a kilm, paint supplies and a sewing station. There is also a music room with a grand piano and other fun instruments and a greenhouse, where we hope to develop vertical farming.  To undersand the Urban Kibbutz concept, think of a condo that has HOA fees.  Each kibbutznik owns their own place and can sell it or keep it for years.  Instead of paying HOA fees, a kibbutznik pays communal fees that go towards the cost of nightly dinners, Shabbat and holiday meals and maintaining the Kibbutz.
